2014 Annual CampaignOur members and friends call us THEIR Y. We call them OUR greatest resource—the thousands of people who work alongside us and support our work to help our neighbors learn, grow and thrive.
With programs from A to Z—like athletics to advocacy, dance classes to disease prevention, volleyball to volunteerism—we don’t just strengthen individuals, we strengthen our community.
When you give to Quincy Family YMCA, your gift will help young people achieve their potential, empower people of all ages to lead healthier lives, and strengthen the bonds of community in Quincy through youth development programs and financial assistance to youth & families. Together, we’ll take on many of the greatest challenges facing our young people, our health and our community.
Please contact the YMCA if you are interested in making a contribution to this year’s campaign. You can also donate online by clicking here.
24 Hour Access Trial WeekThe Quincy Family YMCA has considered making our facility a 24-hour facility Monday through Thursday. We’ve had several requests to keep our facility open later so that those that work different shifts can make it to the gym. We’ve decided to do a trial week May 5-9 to see if there is enough interest to move forward. This trial week will be open to EVERYONE and will have full access to most of the facility except for the pool area. If that week is well attended we will consider staying open 24 hours on a regular basis. If you have any questions please contact Lindsey Woelfel at 222-9622, ext 201.
