YMCA Now Open 24 Hours on Weekdays

Members will have full access to the Wellness Center with cardio and strength equipment, indoor track, weight room, open gym, racquetball courts, saunas, and the newest addition to the YMCA, on-demand video group fitness classes. The pool area will be closed during the overnight hours. 

The YMCA’s new hours will be 4:00am Monday through midnight on Friday and will have regular hours on Saturday (7:00am – 6:00pm) and Sunday (10:00am – 6:00pm). Members using the YMCA during overnight hours must be 18 or older. If you have any questions about the 24 hour access, please contact the YMCA at 222-9622. 

Fitness on Demand

During the week of August 25th there will be no instructor led classes. Please try our NEW Fitness on Demand Group Fitness Classes. There will be scheduled classes throughout the week as well as open times in the Aerobics Room for you to try one on your own. For a schedule of classes please click here

YMCA Labor Day Holiday Hours

Sunday, August 31: 10:00am - 2:00pm; NO JOINER FEE if you come into the Y wearing red, white & blue, singing the National Anthem, wearing your work uniform, or show us your work ID
Labor Day, Monday, September 1: CLOSED 
We will resume normal hours on September 2, the first day of the Fall I Session.

Swim Team Tryouts

Tryouts for the Swim Team Fall/Winter Session will be held on Tuesday, September 2 from 4:00-5:15pm. This includes tryouts for new swimmers at the Y pool and registration for returning swimmers. Each tryout will last approximately 15 minutes and we can handle multiple swimmers at once.

A Parent Information Meeting for Swim Team for new and returning swimmers will be held after tryouts at 5:30pm in the YMCA Lounge. Practice for all swimmers will begin on Thursday, September 4 at 4:00pm.
