Class Levels
Level #1 - Beginner level class with easy to learn choreography. Advised for participants who are just beginning aerobics and/or yoga.
Level #2 - Intermediate level class with more advanced choreography. Will work at 70-85% of your maximum heart rate.
Level #3 - Advanced level class. More advanced choreography, with an increase level in intensity. Will work at 80-90% of your maximum heart rate.

Abdominals – A half hour class strictly concentrating on the core. Guaranteed to “assault” your abs in every way, this is a great addition to any workout.
This is an eight-week class held on Mondays and Fridays at 9:00-9:25 a.m and Wednesday at 8:30-9:30 am. Fee: $73 for program participants, free for Y members.

Body Blast - High repetition training that focuses on all major muscle groups. Get all your weight training done in one hour, and have a blast doing it! Very intense workout and prior exercise experience required. Level 2 & 3

Butts and Guts - This class is designed to focus soley on those hard-to-work areas. A great way to get killer abs and tight buns. Level 1-3.

Cardio Athletic Training - A high intensity cross-training workout combining rope jumping, sports moves, basic cardio drills, kickboxing, and muscle conditioning for a total body workout. Level 3.

Cardio Kickboxing- A full hour of kicks, punches, sport agility drills, and more! A fun, action-packed workout for heavy hitters.

Cardio Sculpt - An early and mid-morning interval class that combines aerobic and strength training. Level 2 & 3.

Fit Beginnings - Ideal for someone just starting an exercise program. Low impact exercises and muscle conditioning. Level 1 & 2

Instructor's Choice - Mix it up by letting our instructs pick out a different workout. The workout will keep you moving by using various equipment and moves.

Muscle Conditioning - Toning and strengthening exercises for all major muscle groups using a variety of equipment including, dumbbells, body bars, rubber resistance equipment and resist-a-balls. Not a cardiovascular workout. Level 1-3

Step & Muscles - Prior step experience strongly recommended. Cardiovascular workout using the step and a variety of equipment for muscle conditioning followed abdominal workout and cooldown. Level 1 & 2

Yoga - All classes are variations of Ashtanga Yoga classes that differ per instructor. Levels 1– 3
This is an eight-week class. Yoga is held on Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5:45-7:00 a.m, and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Yoga is held on Saturdays 7:45-9:00 a.m.

Stretch, Flex, and Balance - A 30 minute class of stretching, toning, and balance work. Perfect for those at a beginner level yoga class. Level 1.

Cycling Classes
Sign-up for Cycling Classes at the Welcome Desk prior to each class up to one (1) hour prior to each class. The pre-registration form is located here.
Begin To Cycle - Come and learn what cycling is about! No expereince necessary. Expect to learn correct cycling techniques and bike set-up to ease you into this high energy cardiovascular workout along with some TLC.
This is an eight-week class held on Wednesday 9:00-9:30 a.m. or Monday at 6:30-7:30 pm.

Cardio Cycle - A cycle class for all levels based on moderate resistance at a fast pace for maximum cardio workout. Levels 1-3.

Group Cycling - Non-impact workout combining outdoor cycling techniques to great music. The class includes a variety of intervals adjusting pace, resistance, & pedaling style. Levels 1-3.

Interval Cycling - A cycling class for all based on varied intensities. From speed work to slow climbs working at different resistance levels throughout, you are guaranteed a heart raising, fat burning workout. Levels 1-3.
This is an eight-week class held on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 5:30-6:30 pm, and on Wednesday at 6:30 - 7:30 pm. Fee: $73 for program participants, free for Y members.

Weekend Wheels - The instructor will take you on a high energy fat-burning ride which incorporates a variety of techniques in cycling to challenge the beginners and advanced as well. Levels 1-3.
