Abdominals – A half hour class strictly concentrating on the core. Guaranteed to “assault” your abs in every way, this is a great addition to any workout.

Body Blast - High repetition training that focuses on all major muscle groups. Get all your weight training done in one hour, and have a blast doing it! Very intense workout and prior exercise experience recommended.   2 & 3

BOSU Pump - Here is your chance to learn how to use that 1/2 ball on a platform that you have always wondered about.  Try this new class for a great full body strengthening workout along with some great cardio moves.

Cardio Athletic Training (CAT) - A high intensity cross-training workout combining rope jumping, sports moves, basic cardio drills and muscle conditioning for a total body workout.

Cardio Blast - This high-energy, fat-burning, early morning workout uses high impact exercises to get your heart rate up quickly! Come boost your metabolism for the day. You will get a blast of cardio to help you keep your energy levels up all day long!

Cardio Sculpt - A mid morning interval class that combines aerobic and strength training. Prior exercise experience recommended.

Fit Beginnings - Ideal for someone just starting an exercise program. Low impact exercises and muscle conditioning.

Foam Roller - This 30-minute class will help you iron out those sore muscles and help you stregthen your core using foam rollers.

Muscle Madness– A 60 minute class designed to give you a full body muscle workout!

Muscle Conditioning - In just 30 minutes you will tone and stregthen all major muscle groups using a variety of equipment including, dumbbells, body bars, rubber resistance equipment and resist-a-balls. Not a cardiovascular workout.

Swingin' - Like nothing you've ever done before, this 30-minute class will give you a unique full body workout using ropes and kettlebells.

TurboKick – TurboKick is a class filled with intense kickboxing moves as well as dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music.  It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals, strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down.  No previous kickboxing experience required!

Yoga -  All classes are variations of Ashtanga Yoga classes that differ per instructor.

Zumba - Zumba combines Latin dance moves with aerobic fitness exercises to make a hip-shaking, body moving class.

Fee: $48 for an 8 punch card for Non-Member, free for Y members

ZumbaGold - Zumba Gold was formulated with the active older adult and de-conditioned adult in mind.  However, this will be a great workout for everyone.  So, what are you waiting for?  Come ditch the workout, and join the party!

This class is held on Thursday from 9:30-10:30 a.m.

Cycling Classes

Cycle and Stregnth - A cycling class for all levels and the instructor will get you off the bike for additional strength training using exercise balls and hand weights.

Interval Cycling - A cycling class for all based on varied intensities. From speed work to slow climbs working at different resistance levels throughout, you are guaranteed a heart raising, fat burning workout.

Jump, Pump & Cycle: A 30 minute cycling class followed by sculpting intervals off the bike to continue to strengthen and tone your entire body!

Ride and Tone - This 60-minute class is designed to get your morning started right. It is 45 minutes of cycling followed by 15 minutes of toning exercises.

Indo-Row Classes

Cardo Athletic Training (C.A.T.) with Row - This class begins in the aerobics room with 30 minutes of high intesity cross training; rope jumping, sports moves, basic cardio drills and muscle conditioning for a total body workout followed by 30 minutes of Indo-Row.

Indo-Row - One-of-a kind indoor rowing workout that is low impact and perfect for people of all fitness levels. A total body workout that challenges the body and focuses the mind.

Row and Ride - This combo class combines Indo-Row and Cycling.  Start with 25 minutes of Indo-Row and end with 25 minutes of Cycling for a great cardio workout!  Participants need to pick up a rowing pass no more than 20 minutes before the start of class.

Row/Cycle/Core - Class begins in the multi-purpose room with 20 minutes on the rowers. It then moves into the cycling room for 20 minutes on the bikes and ends with 10 minutes of core training. Participants must pick up a row pass for this class to ensure they have a boat/rower.
