Friday, March 13th
First wave starts at 5:00pm, waves every 20 minutes
Participants will be compete based upon distance completed within an allotted time frame. Participants will be competing against athletes of all ages for overall placement. There will be two divisions, Youth Ages 17 and Under and Adult Ages 18 and Older. The Sprint will be SWIM for 15 minutes followed by a 10 minute transition, then BIKE for 15 minutes followed by a 5 minute transition, and finish with a RUN for 15 minutes. These activities will be performed in the YMCA pool, on our stationary bikes and our treadmills.
Entries will be limited to the first 60 participants and registration will close on March 5 or when all spots are filled.
Register as an individual or team of 3.
Medals will be awarded to the top 3 individuals in each division

Join us for a day of volleyball and give back to the community at the same time! Proceeds will support the YMCA Annual Campaign, which raises money for youth development programs and youth & family financial assistance.

The goal of the Y Challenge is to promote health and physical fitness to employees and individuals of area businesses, industries, and organizations. This event offers challenges that appeal to all individuals of the community, no matter their fitness level. Everyone is encouraged to participate and have fun! Measures will be taken to help assure fair and equitable participation for all individuals. Come join other businesses and organizations to compete in the Quincy YMCA's challenge for fun, fitness and comradery. Challenge events include:
Cost: $250/team of 7-10 people
Proceeds from the Challenge will go to support YMCA youth sport programs which provides opportunities for all participants to learn teamwork, fair play, and respect for other players, coaches, and themselves in their respective sport.

The Quincy Family YMCA is proud to present the 3rd Annual Mississippi Mud Mania Run. The obstacle course is open to Individuals, groups and organizations and is sure to challenge and thrill participants.
