Women's Wellness Day

Women's Wellness Day is a day devoted to the spiritual, mental and physical well-being of women. The Quincy Family YMCA is proud to offer this free event to women in the community.

Speakers, vendors and demonstrators from organizations and businesses in the tri-state area are coming together to make this free event possible to the public. Women attending can expect to receive free neck massages, make-up tips, stress reduction ideas, skin care samples, craft make-n-takes, food samples, fitness instruction, nutrition, medical info and much more. There will be something for every woman to enjoy.

Free goodie bags will be available to the first 300 women, and there will be chances to win prizes donated by our vendors.

Thanksgiving Day 29th Annual Turkey Run

Annual one mile walk/run course & 5K, 10K run.  A refreshing way to start your Thanksgiving Day, this annual event has become a tradition for many Quincy natives.  The race begins and ends at the Quincy Family YMCA.  The course is a 1 mile & 5K Non-competitive leisure walk or 5K & 10K Medaled run.  Those wishing to swim laps may do so in lieu of running.
