Women's Wellness Day - October 16th

Ladies, this is a great chance for you to enjoy a few hours of information for and about women! This years event is sure to be different than any women's wellness you've been to before and is scheduled for Saturday, October 16th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Free to the public, this event is a great way for for women to recharge their spirits, minds, and bodies!

Flick-N-Float

The Quincy Family YMCA offers a whole season of swimming and movie fun in the pool. Come enjoy a movie shown against the pool area wall, while you enjoy family swim time. All movies begin at 6:30 pm with an intermission during the evening. Children should bring their own floaties for use during the film, and children 6 years of age and under must be accompanied into the pool area by a parent or adult guardian. Admission is a suggested donation of $1.00 or a canned food item for the Madonna House Food Pantry.

Halloween Hustle - 1 Mile Fun Run

Get your costumes on and get running!

This year the YMCA is having a Halloween Hustle 1 Mile Fun Run!

Come dressed in your costume and make your way as fast as you can through our "haunted" nature trail. All contestants will receive a bag at the finish line for our Gym and Junk (similar to a trunk 'r treat but in the gym)! The first 50 participants will receive a Halloween at the Y t-shirt.

Pre-registration is September 1 - 15: FREE to members, non-members $10.00

Registration after September 15: $10 for members, non-members $15.00

Quincy Family YMCA 31st Annual Turkey Run

Now is the time to start training for the Quincy Family YMCA 31st Annual Turkey Run, scheduled for Thanksgiving Day, November 25th, at 8:30 am. The event includes 1 Mile and 5k non-competitive leisure walks, 5k and 10k medaled runs, and fro those preferring the wet to the cold... lap swimming! Last year, over 1,100 folks enjoyed the beautiful weather and spent their Thanksgiving morning having a healthy and happy time.
