In an effort to serve citizens living in the rural areas of north east Adams County, a partnership has been formed between the West Central Illinois Community Centers board, the University of Illinois Extension, and the Quincy Family YMCA to bring wellness programs to the area. The goal of the program is to improve health and fitness of rural citizens by providing access to physical fitness programs in the rural communities.
