Fit For The Future - A personal fitness program for youth, offering a 12-week program for members ages 7-13. Youth meet with fitness coaches to learn how to incorporate endurance, strength and flexibility exercises into his or her workout routine. A doctor’s signed recommendation is required for participants. After the 12-weeks, children may be moved up to Advanced Fit For The Future, a group class to help children stay on track.

This is a 12-week class that meets twice a week for 45 minutes. Fee: Free, Y members only.

Youth Weight Training Youth weight training is an 8-week program for youth, ages 11-14, that want to learn how to incorporate weights into a workout plan. Youth start by using the Nautilus weight machines and then work their way up to the free weights. Sessions are held on Tuesday & Thursday from 3:30-4:30 p.m. for eight weeks. Participants must pass two sessions of this class to receive a youth orientation card for using the Wellness Center and Free Weight Room.

This is an eight-week class held on Tuesday and Thursday 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Fee: $67 for program participants, $52 for Y members.

Zumbatomic - A dance-fitness workout that gets kids moving and having fun! Children will learn various rhythms, develop confidence and coordination. This program is for children ages 4-12. Comfortable clothing and low tread athletic shoes is all that's needed to start!

Held on Tuesday and Thursday 3:30-4:15 p.m.

This is a punch card class. A member punch card is $20 and a non-member punch card is $40. Punch cards have 8 punches.
