The Quincy Family YMCA is excited to offer Y PreSchool for 3-5 year olds in the Quincy area!
During this stage of development, children learn and learn and process information rapidly, and express interest and fascination in each new discovery.
All of our 3 to 5 year old classes provide children with time to explore as they learn. Children will be engaging in activities that support their development through a hands-on learning approach. The character values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility will be stressed.
Our curriculum includes, but is not limited to: Arts-n-Crafts, Literary Skills, Physical Activity (including swimming), Science/Health, Sensory Play, Writing and Writing Readiness, Story Time, Music, Manners/Personal Care, Dramatic Play, Socialization, and Fine/Gross Motor Skill Development.
