This is an eight-week class held on an alternating schedule. Locations and times are set by the instructor and participants are notified prior to class. Fee: $30 for program participants, $15 for Y members.
Morning, Evening and Saturday Yoga Classes - (Specialty Class) (formerly known as Bodysculpting) All classes are variations of Ashtanga Yoga classes that differ per instructor. Levels 1– 3
This is an eight-week class. Morning Yoga is held on Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5:45-7:00 a.m. Evening Yoga is held on Tuesday & Thursday 5:30-6:30 p.m. Saturday Yoga is held on Saturdays 7:45-9:00 a.m. Fee: $53 for program participants, $28 for Y members.
