SPECIALTY CLASSES
Specialty classes: All specialty classes require registration.
Class Levels
Level #1 - Beginner level class with easy to learn choreography. Advised for participants who are just beginning aerobics and/or yoga.
Level #2 - Intermediate level class with more advanced choreography. Will work at 70-85% of your maximum heart rate.
Level #3 - Advanced level class. More advanced choreography, with an increase level in intensity. Will work at 80-90% of your maximum heart rate.

Boot Camp - (Specialty Class) An intense conditioning class that integrates cardio exercises with muscle conditioning exercises. Includes pushups, chin-ups, drills, and sprints. Level 3
This is an eight-week class held on a seasonal basis. Locations and times are set by the instructor and participants are notified prior to class.
Fee: $32 for program participants, $17 for Y members.

Express Workout - (Specialty Class) Take a break from work and work out on your break! An intensive 50-minute cycling workout daily from 12:10p to 1:00p.
Punchcards are required; a 24-punch card is $17 for members, $48 for non-members.

Zumba - (Specialty Class) Zumba combines Latin dance moves with aerobic fitness exercises to make a hip-shaking, body moving class.

Registration Periods
Most classes at the Quincy Family YMCA are held in eight week sessions. The upcoming sessions are as follows:
